Nine Things Developers Want More Than Money

Here's a great article about passionate software developers. It is a must-read for every software developer.

There were several quotes with what I could identify. Like this one:

You're probably one of those people who needs motivation factors or you go crazy with restlessness, and when the motivation factors are in place you'll work ridiculous hours for low pay just because it's so damn fun.

And this one:

Faced with the right type of challenge many developers will not stop until it's fixed, especially if it requires a particularly creative solution.
